Welcome to our curriculum page. Here we have included plans for all subjects children will learn during their time at St Lawrence’s, from Year One to Year Six. We have worked hard to develop an exciting and engaging curriculum, which follows the new National Curriculum, statutory from September 2014. We have tried to include as much information as possible, in order to provide a full picture of the wonderful experiences our children will have in school, ensuring our children leave primary school fully equipped to be lifelong learners.
All plans are set out in individual year groups, term by term. Whilst we have included some detail, we of course endeavour to meet the needs and interests of individual children. Therefore, these plans remain flexible, allowing our teachers to provide the very best teaching and learning for all.
We hope you find these pages both interesting and useful. We always welcome parental support at home and in school. Please see individual class teachers if you feel you need further information on what your child will be learning.
